Something is missing.

Good song and concept.
Melody is very good.

But you need some trancy ambience and mid-range.
MOAR bass. :D
And there could be more to the percussion.

And some variation and morphing.
I recommend automation clips. :D

Good work overall.
Keep it up. :)

Oh snizz...

The person below used the word 'professional'.
And I gotta' hand it to you...he/she was right.
Very right.

Also mentioned that high-end melody standing out.
That criticism varies by tasted but in my opinion, it does stand out a little.

This would be like a radio edit.
There is no build up but you still start the song off very well.
But say I wanted to put this in a DJ set. (which I DO :P)
I need a good build up to mix in. :D

But in all, this is a VERY good song.
One of the best I've reviewed so far.
Oh, and those vocals were blended in very well.

Good work.
I look forward to more from you.
Favorited.

Teck071 responds:

Cheers mate, I aim to please :D

Oh man...

I'll state my complain first THEN praise. :P

The piano...
It's loud and makes a real high-end.
And...that's it.
Just take it down an octave or lower the volume on the piano or change the EQ.

But I REALLY like this songs melody.
And the drum patterns are so catchy too.
Really good work.

That high reverb kick in the beginning.
Why does it drop so suddenly?
It would have really added ambience into the next phase. :S

I still liked it. :)
5/5 for JOOH!

weemeee responds:

hehe, glad you liked it m8 ;)
About the rev'd kick i couldnt really make it longer lol, maximus wouldnt let me XD
Oh well ty for the review m8 :)

Funky beat.

And not the bad kinda' funky. :P

It's a nice beat with a funky bass.
The beat is pretty straight-forward but I'd bring the drums out a little more.

Vocals are nice but seem a little scattered.
Like the vocal clips are supposed to be accompany a constant rhyme stream.

I like it though.
Good work. :D

I DO likey. I likey a lot.

But Helth is right on.
It does sound more like a hip-hop/gangsta' rap beat than a dance track.

Keep up the good work. :)

Kombat-Chuck responds:

thanks friend!

I like where this is going.

Seems more like a work in progress.
And I highly advise you keep this project going.
It's got a lot of potential.

I'll give you a month before I hi-jack your idea. :D

Seriously though, I like it. :)

Oh...

This IS relaxing.
The piano is so soft.
That eerie ring to it is just so vibrant.
You can feel it in your soul.

I'm somehow reminded of water.
Like...underwater.

Like a sunken ship.
It has this haunting aura to it.

I can really delve into it.

Very good work.
5/5

themeatiscoming responds:

thanks listen to some of my other if you feel like and thank you for response.

Very chill. :)

The bass and melodies have a strange jazzy appeal to them.
It's laid-back and smooth.

But the drums don't go with this song.
They don't seem bad.
Just sound messy in this soundscape.

Good work though. :D
Keep it up.

themeatiscoming responds:

Yea the song is work in progress so thank you for the advice I'll keep that in mind when I'm working on it. Thanks again.

:)

Nice. :D

You've got a very James Hetfield vocal style.
I'm liking it.

Bad-Man-Incorporated responds:

Thanks man, I don't hear the Hetfieldness, but still glad you enjoy!\m/

Songs about toast are awesome.

Matter of fact, if there was some bread around, I'd use my bootleg toaster (conventional oven) to make me some toast. :D The beat, bass, rhythm, and vocals in this song is nothing short of 'epic'.

That's right, it gets no higher! :D

I really like the song.
I have like...zero complaints!
