Kinda' stale...

I swear I've heard the intro somewhere...
But the song is pretty cool.
The synth arps are pretty well woven into each other.

It's good work.
Sorry for the late review. :P
Good work.
Keep it up.

MarioNintendo responds:

Hmm, that is weird. I thought it came from my own mind... oh well.

Well thanks for the positive feedback :P

ACTION!

Something about a pulse pad gives me to feeling of movement and action. This loop is just really cool. The melody is awesome. But the drums do sound a little funky for some reason. :P

5/5

HMS-Productions responds:

hehe... that's me messing around with the reverb :p

Nice tune.

Pretty good.
Nice composure.
I'd mix up the drum patterns though.

Either way, I still think it's really nice. :)
Good work.

FairSquare responds:

Thanks!
I was to lazy to change the drums :P

Not bad at all!

The sound is so vivid.
So...vibrant.

It's a structure.
Everything is pieced so wonderfully.
Great work.
Very great work.

Soundshifter responds:

thnk you very much. i find my music is very much structured. i'm glad you enjoyed it. you should check out the original if you get a chance :)

Dark jazz. :D

Wow...
You keep it real smooth on that guitar.
Laid-back drumming and just a dark setting...I love it.

Though, I noticed a couple timing mistakes.
But I probably won't call them out as real 'mistakes'.
Some of them feel like they SHOULD be there. :P

That's the thing about jazz.
It's not about how well you play it.
It's about the feeling.

Good work.

oddfellowfloyd responds:

hehe thank you again, mate... yes, i know the teeny 'glitches' in there too but... ;) haha i tried to fashion this piece similar to the final fantasy piano collection... that japanese composer is SIIIIICKKK how he uses chords like those... i love dark, chordal jazz, and my 7-strings add just the right amount hehe.... glad you enjoyed it... ^______^ i do get nervous posting live performances, but i am always happy when they are well-received or constructively criticised.

peace

Live performance...

ALWAYS will get 5/5s out of me!

Brilliantly composed and very well played.
I'd clap if people weren't sleeping around me. :P

Very good job. :D

oddfellowfloyd responds:

thank you, good sir, for the kind words! :D

Good work.

Did take a little while for the drums to kick in.
I was gonna' hit you with a 3/5.
But then the drums hit and BOOM!
4/5.

It still sounds a little lacking.
I'm not sure how GarageBand operates but I'd like to help you out if I can.

The organ is so soothing. :)

MarioNintendo responds:

So i herd u leik teh drumz? :P

Thanks for the review. I'll work on solid yet epic percussions next time.

Very yes. :D

Happy-hardcore BPM and synth progressions.
I like it.

I like it a lot.

Then the second song abruptly comes into existence.
The transition is noticeable but no so out of place.
I'm still liking it.

Keep up the good work. :D

tijnn responds:

I know it's kinda abrubt but i couldn't get it any cleaner since it's a key shift, and it had to be a very clear transition too. Anyways, thanks for the review.

Melodic.

I can't say I didn't...LOVE THIS SONG!
LOVE!

You weave melodies very well.
But I do have a single complaint with the melody.
It was just TAD out there.
Still just a minor flaw. (One that the listener could even fix with their EQs)

The composure was very nice.
Fantastic actually.

And those string sections in the back...
Breath-taking...

Fav'd (both artist and song)
5/5
10 stars.
This song is awesome...

Psybot responds:

For some reason when i make my melodies i feel like they at thier best at that high pitched notes.
Im trying to better myself but gets in the same position next song.

Thx for your review ^^

House.

It's very, very, very "house". :P
That's the effect I get with the slower BPM and just the general drum patterns.

This very good.
I really like it.
Mind if I use this in a DJ set.
Ten bucks says I can mix "Pjanoo" right into this.:D

Keep up the good, man.
No, keep up the great.

Uluse responds:

Sure, don't mind you mixing it. But maybe you'd want to wait for the full version ;)
But yeah, I didn't really know how to classify it. It's more of mixture between dance trance and house mixed in a club mix like style :P
